Strawbery Banke Museum has added a winter ice skating facility to its historic landscape, named “Puddle Dock Pond” for historic significance and its pond-like look and feel.
The Puddle Dock Pond aims to provide ice skating in a festive atmosphere and bring a joyous, community experience to the city of Portsmouth during the winter. The rink will be a seasonal venue that is erected from December through February. The goal is to bring families, skaters, and spectators to enjoy healthy, winter recreation at an affordable price.
