There is no better place on a nice summer day than a minor-league ballpark, and Hadlock Field is a great place to take the kids.

The fact that it's set up just like a mini Fenway Park (the Sea Dogs are a Double-A Red Sox affiliate) is an added bonus for kids who enjoy rooting for New England's home team.

Lots of food options, fun entertainment between innings, and tickets cheap enough that you won't feel bad about eating the cost if a melting-down or throwing-up child cuts your outing short. Play ball!...more
