Colby's is the sort of place I'm a little hesitant to write a rave review about, only because I don't want it to be too packed the next time I go there!

The food is consistently excellent at Colby's; it's a great place to get an omelette or pancake special. You often see owner Jeremy Colby (noted for his vocal--and welcome, in my book--no-politicians/no cell-phones stance) waiting tables himself.

It's a little place with not a lot of room to maneuver around the tables, so leave the big stroller outside or at home. You can expect a wait for a table on weekends, but coffee available to those waiting outside makes the time go by a little faster.
