This place is over priced to begin with. Underskilled young people working there.
We were there for a birthday party. The young man swiped my debit card twice and I later saw I had been double charged 62.00 instead of 31.00.
I called 6x over a month long period triying to get a simple refund. They treated me like I was trying to rip them off. Terrible customer service.
They took days to call me back, said the only way they would refund is if I come in person and show them my bank statement. I live 40 minutes away and no way Im traveling or showing someone my personal bank info for 31.00 bucks.
They could have simply looked in their records to see the double charge.
So 61.00 dollars for two kids to jump for an hour....
That will be our last trip to Blitz.

The kids and I were here the other day and had a great time.

For the uninitiated, Blitz Air Park consists of a few big, open rooms of interconnected trampolines. There are also "air traffic controllers" there who act as safety referees. You can sign up for jump times of 30 minutes or a full hour.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff, as well as the setup (waivers and sign-in are all done electronically, and kids are issued official printed tags that indicate their designated jumping time slots). All jumpers must wear official Blitz non-skid socks, which are purchased once and can be worn on subsequent visits.

The whole place has a sleek Euro-type feel to it, and it was nice to be able to jump and play with my kids in the main room without feeling like an elephant in a shoebox (as this particular adult sometimes does in kids' play zones).

Pricing-wise, it's a bit more expensive than some of the other indoor kids' play spaces we frequent, but the quality of the experience makes it worth it.
